Mobile application
The customer.
Premier Health of America is a leader specialized in healthcare services that provides an effective and comprehensive range of recruitment and outsourced services solutions for the healthcare needs of governments, businesses, and individuals. Through its various business units, PHA employs over 4,500 active professionals throughout Quebec and in most Canadian northern territories.
The issue.
In a previous version of the application, an office employee would enter available shifts in a chat thread and assign them to the first person who called. Filling out a timesheet and setting availability were not easy tasks either.
The solution.
We have developed a simple and intuitive mobile application that allows users to receive suggestions of available shifts according to their criteria and to book a shift directly in the application, as well as to enter their availability, fill out a timesheet, and choose their clients.


Accept a series of shifts.
According to the availability entered in the application as well as the user's client list, the user will receive notifications when one or more shifts need to be filled. They can also view the requests to be filled directly from the application's home screen. Once in the request details, the user can accept the shift. Once the shift is accepted, it is automatically added to the availability calendar. The user also has the option to add it to their personal calendar.

Manage your availability calendar.
Directly in the application, the user has access to a calendar where they can view their work shifts and choose their availabilities. To mark an unavailability, the user can either use predefined blocks such as day, evening, or night, or enter a custom unavailability. This information will be used to suggest work shifts that are more likely to match the user's availabilities.

Fill in your timesheets.
For each quarter worked, the user must fill out a timesheet. The time module has therefore been divided into two parts, namely the timesheets to be completed and the history of those already filled out. The timesheet form is quite simple, its purpose being to know the total hours worked, lunch time, as well as the supervisor who approved the overtime. The user can also attach an image of their physical timesheet for approval.

Managing your client list.
From the profile, the user has access to a map of their current clients as well as all potential clients. From this map, the user can choose which clients they want to add to their list based on various search criteria such as distance from their home, region, type of client, etc. This list of clients will be used to receive notifications of available shifts for these clients. If the user wants to remove a client from their list, they will need to provide a brief justification.
