The customer.
Founded in 2019 and based in Montreal, Arthur Majordome is an exclusive concierge agency aiming to enhance the life experience of its members through human interactions and cutting-edge technologies.
The issue.
Members are currently submitting their requests through Arthur Majordomo's Facebook page or by phone. Managing the requests is difficult because they are not centralized and uniform.
The solution.
We have developed a custom application to centralize members' requests and enhance their experience. Using the mobile application, members can quickly submit a request, access exclusive offers, and chat with a butler. The butlers have access to a web application to efficiently manage requests and add unique offers for members.


Make requests.
According to the member's subscription category, they have exclusive access to different categories in order to make their desired request such as attending an event, booking accommodation, or planning a getaway. The member simply needs to choose the category of their request and add a message with details about their request. Then, the request is transferred to a chat where one of the butlers joins and takes the time to respond to the request.

Request for proposals.
Several offers are exclusively available to members of the concierge service. The offers are presented by category and can be filtered by city. Members can book directly on the page of the desired offer and then make a payment to confirm their reservation.

Respond to requests.
When a request is made by a member, a chat is created. The butlers can then chat with the member to discuss the request. Once the request is confirmed, the butlers can close it.

Management of available offers.
Butlers have the ability to add exclusive offers to their members. The offers can be viewed and modified at any time. Butlers have access to the list of reservations for each of the available offers.

View a member profile.
The butlers have access to the profiles of all members of Arthur Butler through the web application. The list of members can be viewed using a filter by subscription type. They can also view and modify the profiles of members as well as their booking history as needed. A section to add notes to the profile is also available. New members can be created by directly adding their personal information in the related form.
