Let's optimize order management.
The customer.
Agrocentre Lanaudière is part of the Agrocentre network, composed of five locally managed SMEs. Agrocentre is a partner of agricultural producers in plant production. Since its beginnings in 1989 under the name C-I-L, Agrocentre offers not only fertilizers, but also a wide variety of agricultural products.
The issue.
All fertilizer orders are done on paper and transferred by hand between the service counter and the filling supervisors.

The solution.
We have developed a progressive web application that optimizes the efficient and effective real-time management of internal operations. The custom order management software we have developed integrates with all the tools already in place at Agrocentre, such as their in-house internal administration software and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Importing orders.
Fertilizer orders are created directly in Agrocentre's in-house software by the service counter. Once the data is entered, the order is automatically imported into our application.

Order management.
So that the filling managers know which orders to prioritize, the service counter can rearrange the order queue to place the most urgent ones at the top of the list. Orders can also be categorized based on their progress status. When the filling managers prepare the order, they can directly consult the recipe via the ticket associated with the order to be prepared.

Order distribution.
When the preparation of an order is completed, it is placed in one or more bins. The filling and delivery managers have information on the distribution of the bins from the application. In order to avoid delivery errors, the application displays in real time the location of the orders in the bins. When a delivery manager retrieves an order from a bin, it becomes available again. After delivery, the order is placed in the archives.

Delivery of orders.
Delivery managers can track the status of orders from the application to know when an order is ready for delivery. They can also check orders to find out the location of orders in the bins.
